• Bernd and Natasha have been in Sydney recently for the Olympic Swimming Trials working alongside some of Australia's greatest athletes. Congratulations to Jeremy McClure one of our Therapists and Katrina Porter one of our clients, who made the Paralympic Team for the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. In addition, congratulations to Eamon Sullivan, one of our clients who made the Olympic Team, along with our regular Kylie Wheeler, making the Olympics for Athletics. Well done guys!
• Bernd is looking forward to his role as 2IC at the Medical HQ for the soft tissue therapy in Beijing for this year's Olympic Games.
• Bernd, Natasha and Monica were involved with the therapy for the Australian Cricketers in their recent Test with India.
• The Clinic is very busy working with the AIS Hockey girls and the WAIS Canoeists and Rowers and numbers are increasing for both teams.
• Our busy South Perth Clinic, on Canning Hwy now has full-time reception and is staffed by the same talented pool of therapists as Subiaco. For an appointment at South Perth phone 9368 4560. Both our clinics are open seven days a week.
• Bernd is honoured to be 2IC for the Soft Tissue therapist's squad that will go to the Beijing Olympics 2008. Preparations are in full swing for the WAIS team athletes, Bernd performing regular treatments on Eamon Sullivan, Jimmy Piper & Kylie Wheeler.
• Ingrid will be accompanying the WAIS Rowing Team, to Penrith NSW for the National Selection Trials. This being a great opportunity for her selection possibilities for the Beijing Olympics.
• We have finished up a great season with both The Perth Glory and The Perth Wildcats, who unfortunately just missed the finals.
• Perth has seen our therapists aside some of the greatest sporting events held in WA, such as Holden Racing Team at the recent V8 Super Cars. And some keen competitors from the Eastern States for the Aussie Surf Life Saving Championships. Also the Australian cricket team on there visit to Perth, the Wallabies and QLD Rugby Reds. Next Season is also looking great with some of the Kookaburra's and Hockeyroo's from the Australian Institute of Sport being here in Perth.
• Subiaco Sports Massage will have a team working through the NSW Age Swim Championships, held at Challenge Stadium.
• Daniela and Kylie were invited back to this year's BHP triathlon, to provide massage to the staff as they tackled the days delight and downfalls.
• If you hadn't heard our new clinic at South Perth is open for business. The clinic, on Canning Highway South Perth is staffed by the same talented pool of therapists working at Subiaco. Both clinics are open seven days a week. For an appointment at either clinic phone 9382 3969.
• Once again the Wallabies will be making a flying visit to Perth and Bernd will be treating them for their Tri Nations test against the South Africans.
• At this years City to Surf, Subiaco Sports Massage joined with the team at BHP to provide massage to staff as they tackled the days delights and downfalls.
